Appleseed Fund has contractually agreed to limit the net expense rate to 1.14% of net assets of Investor shares and 0.95% of net assets of Institutional shares, through January 31, 2018. The gross expense ratio of the Fund’s investor class is 1.41%, and the net expense ratio after contractual fee waivers is 1.24%. The gross expense ratio of the Fund’s institutional class is 1.22%, and the net expense ratio after contractual fee waivers is 1.05%. The Fund’s ninety day redemption fee is 2.00%.

Investment Terms:

P/E – The price-earnings ratio (P/E Ratio) is the ratio for valuing a company that measures its current share price relative to its per-share earnings.

FCF Yield – The free cash flow yield is an overall return evaluation ratio of a stock, which standardizes the free cash flow per share a company is expected to earn against its market price per share. The ratio is calculated by taking the free cash flow per share divided by the share price. Free cash flow yield is similar in nature to the earnings yield metric, which is usually meant to measure GAAP earnings per share divided by share price.
